With a deep understanding of both the human mind and body, I've fostered client relationships to propel them towards their fitness aspirations. Guiding individuals towards mental and physical strength has been my most rewarding journey. This drive led me to establish Kaizen Fitness Health and Wellness, driven by a passion for top-tier fitness services. Hey there, I'm Jennifer, but you can call me Jen. Born and bred in the heart of Hackensack, I've always embraced an active lifestyle. My journey into fitness began when I hired my first personal trainer in 2014, experiencing incredible results through strength training. Witnessing my own transformation ignited a passion for guiding others on their wellness journeys.

My path led me to pursue social work and eventually, I found my way to the prestigious Focus Personal Training Institute in NYC in 2017. Since graduating, I've never stopped learning. I attend seminars, take classes, and seek out mentors to enhance my expertise, ensuring I can impact as many lives as possible.

My mission is to bridge the gap between a sedentary lifestyle and discovering the joy of movement. Whether it's boxing, strength training, or mastering kettlebells, I'm here to guide you. Health is an ever-evolving journey, and I'm committed to sharing my knowledge to help you along the way. Let's make strides towards a healthier, happier you!

Having conducted over 10,000 training sessions and lived through 20,000 days, Donny's expertise runs deep. His approach is holistic and comprehensive, incorporating various techniques, paces, loads, and intensities to enhance your training. Focused on cultivating a more robust, resilient human form, he prioritizes mobility and strength at every range. Donny readies you for the unpredictability of modern life.

Lauren Keeler

Nutrition Coach | Personal Trainer

Hi, I’m Lauren! I’ve spent over 10 years as a ballet teacher, and movement has always been a big part of my life. But it wasn’t until I started my own health and fitness journey that I truly discovered how powerful it is to feel strong—physically, mentally, and emotionally. That transformation led me to personal training in 2020, and I haven’t looked back since.

In 2023, I stepped onto my first bodybuilding stage as an amateur bikini athlete and instantly fell in love with the process. I’m now working toward earning my IFBB Pro card and continue to challenge myself through every step of the journey.

While I love training, my true passion lies in nutrition. I’m certified in both weight management and fitness nutrition and currently working toward my health coaching certification. I want to help people move away from the yo-yo dieting mindset and stop guessing what their body needs. My goal is to guide clients through sustainable, individualized plans that lead to real, lasting results—both in how they look and how they feel.

I believe in eating toward your goals and using proper nutrition to fuel performance, improve body composition, and extend your healthspan. Most importantly, I’m here to help you feel confident in your skin, build a healthy relationship with food, and stay accountable every step of the way.
